Story Bugs, LLC (Story Bugs) is an entertainment industry business venture, combining the growth potential and economic “clean slate” of a new startup with the founder’s comprehensive experience with an established company in the same industry. While it is a new legal entity and is faced with the task of launching an entirely new product line, it does so with management that has created and marketed a very similar product line to an identical market, and thus expects fewer surprises than an entirely new startup.
