Hello my name is Adam Ackerman. I am a full time real estate investor and have found to be a wonderful amd lucrative niche in the current real estate market. I own a company called Invest One, and what we do is negotiate wholesale discounts depending on the size of the project. We typically will receive a 15%-20% price break on pre-pre-constrcution opportunities in what we believe to be hot areas. Most are near the ocean. The builders are looking to go vertical as soon as possible so they are willing to discount their inventory to me if I buy in bulk. 20-30 million dollars at a time. The beauty of this is that I only need to put 10% down on 2-3 million dollars to hold the units under contract until they are built in 18-24 months.
