I have 69 acres of land to crop cassava and sweetcorn begining February 2007 with investment returns in september and october 2007 and with price of both crop at the moment all over the world this is a good investment. At the moment the price of sweetcorn is $2000 to $3000 per acre, and the price of cassava is $1900 to $2200 per acre. I live in London at the moment and the land is in Nigeria, I can understand with the problem of 419 in Nigeria people will be worried about investing with any body in that country but what I will say is not everybody is a 419, anybody who care to invest on my land will get a good return plus I have done a good research in shrimps farming as well.
