Description: I have the opportunity to form an alliance with a realestate group who is creating a "one-stop shop". This will include up to 50-80 real estate agents, a mortgage company, a title company and a insurance company. All business will be referred to Farmers Insurance to quote the new home sale and then it will be my job to bring over the auto's and other policies they may have. All of this will take place in a 12,600 sq ft office so the real estate agents can introduce their clients directly to each group and show the benefit of the one stop shop. I will still be pursuing outside business as I always have to maintain a high average growth per year.
