My name is Alex Lopiccolo and I'm a Certified Personal Trainer, Nutrition Consulant, Fitness model and Occupational Therapist. I'm also the founder and CEO of Step Forward Athletics. I invented a exercise/rehab device like no other. I've developed over 25 programs with protocols that are sports specific, rehabilatation and general fitness. Each workout is 30 minutes which contain a portion of dynamic stretching, resistance training and static stretching.
