We are rolling-out a national chain of all-day cafes offering signature high quality products to take advantage of the growth in quick casual dining and coffee consumption among the price conscious Mexican middle-class. Through the Company’s wholly owned subsidiaries, we will continue to develop our coffee shop concept in the Bajío Region and Mexico City’s metropolitan area. We are also actively considering the acquisition of independently owned cafes and coffee shop chains. As we grow, we plan to open cafes and industrial kitchens nationally.
Cafeína was incorporated in Delaware in September 2004. In October 1st, 2004 it bought KFESA, S.A. de C.V., its Mexican subsidiary, which operated one café in Leon, Guanajuato. Since its inception, we opened 12 additional cafes, as of August 20
