Each Mini Cities site is a hyper-local –(local communities or suburbs) destination site for local businesses and local people living in areas that surround major cities with search engine optimized sites. Each site is search engine optimized for local search. As a demonstration of our platform we have launched over 60 individual sites for local communities around Tampa and Atlanta - (URL removed). Mini Cities launched a pilot franchise program with 3 franchisees. Revenue in the first year was $198,000. We took lessons learned from our pilot program, enhanced the scalability of the technology platform and created a fully scalable platform ready for nationwide launch. We also adjusted our franchise model in order to create a new franchise that is ready to meet current market conditions and expand the entire business in a new exciting way. Mini Cities Nationwide Growth Plan- The Community Directory Project Mini Cities will launch a nationwide growth strategy that will put a domain specific site in each major city in the country. Currently there is no company doing this. Mini Cities will use its portfolio of over 1000 location specific domains to develop highly targeted and relevant trusted brands which allows business customers to connect with highly engaged audiences through its revolutionary platform that provides targeted Search Engine Optimization and customized reach. Mini Cities connects its advertising customers to local people. The new franchise system offers a ground-breaking way to do franchising. The Mini Cities franchise opens up franchising to many people who otherwise would be locked out. The franchise start-up is only $7500 and has a 30% royalty.
