I've been originating mortgage loans for the past 14 years. I opened my own Mtg company in 2004 and a "hard-money" investment company last June. I currently have a million dollar line of credit with a local bank and have exceeded my credit line. I am fortunate to lend money in a county that has the lowest foreclosure rate in the state of Texas.
