Fairstream Coffee will sell Fair Trade, organically grown and shade grown espresso coffee, hot or iced, as its primary product in addition to Dr. Smoothie brand fruit smoothies, bottled tea and water, hot herb teas and lemonade. We will also have for sale assorted pre-packaged gourmet snacks such as cookies, chocolates and fruit bars.
Our intent is to travel around the country to fairs and festivals selling refreshments out of our vintage, 1957, 21' Airstream trailer which has been 'recycled' into a concession stand. Our signage will explain the reason why it is important to conserve the earth by growing organically and to protect tropical birds by growing in the shade of trees rather than tearing down a forest to plant a field of coffee, as well as the concept of Fair Trade and in
