We locate Real Estate properties for profit: such as clients in financial distress; tax properties for sale; acquiring fix-uppers residential properties and changing zoning by-laws for a higher profit where ever possible; changing small apartment building to townhomes or condominiums for resale; resale existing properties with little or no investments with simply face lift of a paint job and staging. Our aim is to make a quick turn over and on to the next project.
Also, from time to time we will acquire historical properties and renovate to their original state. In this case, we will source most of our funding from existing government grants, government funds and private funding.
We intend to be profitable in all our ventures based on market value.
Foreclosure properties are available for sale as is, new properties, fix-upper, bank foreclosure properties and upscale properties. These are fantastic for investors seeking to branch into the Canadian markets; out of town residents looking for homes in other areas and don't have the time to find these building.
