RESCU was formed after I had spent 10 years with two other company's who primarily focused on electric and gas projects through utilities. My interest in oil conservation was not cost-effective for my previous owners. In 1999 I was diagnosed with cancer and had to leave our residential company, SESCO Inc., and our small commercial company, QCS Inc., in 2001. My vision of the future of efficiency programs and the combined energy use of solar, bio-fuels and efficiency is a reason to get established now. The state of Maine is already trying to corner the effici
