The company will offer conscious-living desserts both through our own retail locations and distribution to gourmet grocery stores. Our gourmet desserts will be lower carbohydrates, lower calories and vegetarian while high in quality and taste.
Our chefs are culinary trained and have start-up restaurant experience. We also will be partnering with an experienced start-up restaurant consultant to work with us for the first six months. His role will be to manage our inventory ordering and work on the science of food preparation.
We are interested in securing a location in the New York City area with a strong emphasis in areas that are middle to upper income. We feel as though this demographic would be more interested in our product line.
