Creativity Applied LLC is a consulting company with 3 main prongs:
1. Team building through facilitating results oriented Creative Problem Solving on work related problems;
2. Training people and teams to facilitate their own Creative Problem Solving, and
3. I assess the composition of teams in terms of the individual thinking styles within it, and I help balance them so there is a roughly equal presence of idea generators, idea definers, implementation planners, and implementers.
