A small company that has succesfully orgnanized the design AND initial buildout of a residential subdivision as well as constructed several houses and sold in said subdivision. Currently working on a new project that makes sense to seek venture Capital rather then bank funding which was the avenue I pursued on the past project. Have a good team of employees and subs I have to work with. I also have the ability to complete this project with only capital input. Look forward to working with an angel investor or 1st round or seed venture Capital provider, and always represent myself and company honestly and value integrity above all else as I plan to be in businesses for decades to come. So if it turns into a long term relationships with multiple projects that is also acceptable.
