"D.A.P.P.E.R" (DIFFERENTLY ABLED PROUD PEOPLE EXERCISING RIGHTS) is a disability rights/ advocacy agency. I am a 26 year survivor of a brain tumor and I am 9 1/2 years post 4 comas, that lasted for 6 months. I have been disagnosed as terminal, but I am still here, so I am going to start speaking (motivational) to inspire others and to inform the outside world of the various challenges that "differently abled " people face.
