I started My Investment Corner as a real estate investment company. After meeting owners of different kinds of buildings, the common complaint was that electric bills were too costly, especially if heating and cooling the property with electric equipment was required. This prompted me to develop a product that produces the same (and more) electricity that a building of any size needs to fully function but with absolutely NO waste. This same idea can be adapted to vehicles in the future, but for now, I just need to get the product out there. I will offer up to 30% of my company for 5 years to the right investor/investors.
