Money needed to purchase an existing company that is an established state government vendor. This relationship is needed to allow the development of our technology that the state wants but does not have the budget to develop on there own. I have the states support at the commissioner level to do this. In addition we are at the finale stage of negotiation with another state to develop and launch this same technology. There is competition in this state but we would be buying one of them and 1 of the other 2 does not pursue this business and the 3rd has avoided the states request for development.
