Description: Growth Stage Venture Capitalist focused predominantly on high potential technology and business services companies based in underserved regions, primarily Florida, the Southeast, and Upstate New York, areas where an abundance of investment opportunities are underserved by a relatively small number of local growth equity investors. We focus on investing in growth stage technology and business services companies. We pursue a strategy focused where other firms cannot or will not compete; targeting growth stage companies located in regions rich in innovation yet suffering from a shortage of locally available institutional capital. We typically target companies at $3-$10 million in revenue at or near cash flow positive. I currently manage a portfolio of seven active companies based in the greater New York area and am active as a Board Member or Board Observer on four of them.
