My business has been in operation for over 10 years. I am a graduate from BYU's Marriott School of Management in finance. I presently employe about 8 workers. I do some building and am doing more real estate developing. I have lived in the state for 35 years and know the area well. I am in contact with numerous people in the real estate business and run into good sized land deals I am unable to take down without hard money( which I avoid). I am simply looking for a JV partner for a long term business relationship.
