Description: I have a rental inventory that I need to repair and maintain until I can build other rental units to move my tenants to. 20 of 30 rental units are rented to low income qualified families who are not able to buy a home. I plan to work with them so they can become eligible for Section 184, Fannie Mae or a USDA home loan. Our reservation has approximately 64 homeless families. Low income housing does not generate revenue and I am trying to supplement my budget to create more housing. Do, I need an Angel? Yes.
