Lets face (URL removed) housing market in Ohio is incredibly inflated. My intent is to create a real estate company for new construction homes ( and possibly renovate existing homes later ), build and sell at a price well under the standard market price, and make a great profit without losing sleep at night thinking I've stolen someone blind. It can be done! The average price for real estate is over $100/sf , when it can be built for under $40/sf. Building at this price, and selling at a much more reasonable rate is better for the buyer and increases revenue for the seller at the same time. Seeking startup capital.
