My Company INdeed, LLC is two years young. I bought two homes to rehab. One just sold in 60 days in a market area that had 354 homes for sale. My current project, however, is underfunded, resulting from unexpected septic/draining issues and roofing issues. We have completely gutted out the home to literally rebuild it from the inside out.
