Real Estate Investment Group, we rehab single family homes as well as commercial buildings for use as multi family dwellings and condo conversions. We are currently looking and 4 apartment units in Baltimore to rehab and sell as condos and 1 property on the Eastern Shore. We prefer private lending for quick closing and are looking to establish a solid relationship with a handful of investors to use on a regular basis.
