Day spa located on a vineyard in Chile that offers wine therapy treatments. I am an American who has been given permission by the Chilean vineyard to install the day spa facility on its premises. I've invested $70,000 of my own money, but I've run out of funds because of some anomalies that delayed the renovation of the spa facility by several months. The spa facility is just shy of completion and I am hoping to be able to open the facility sometime in February of 2007 (summer in Chile).
