I have recently purchased back my families meat market which has been closed down for fifteen or so years, I am wanting to re-open the business. I used to work there when I was young boy until 1983 when I left to go in the military my uncle was making close to 20,000.00 a week back in 1983. Our recipes are over a hundred years old. I want to bring this back to life to be able to leave my grand children.
