Private poker room, I am looking to introduce a new level of poker facilities in the uk. My initial idea is for a three story premises with a restaurant on the ground floor and the upper floors to house upto 40 poker tables per level. This would allow for several poker competitions a day. with the size i am looking at i would be able to run quaterly festival weeks and a world series game that would reach $30-$40 million dollars prize money bringing in $3-$4 million in entry fees alone. with this plan in mind i believe the return for the first year would be around $12 million.
