Have a 74 unit villa spa retreat in Costa Rica. I have owned the land outright for the past 17 years. I'm looking for funds to purchase the adjacent land at a cost of 3.5 million. the two parcels together will enable me to meet the loan to value for a 24 million dollar build out in phase one.
