I am looking for a investor to help fund a venture to open a Entertainment Complex inside a fairly new multi-plex (10)movie theater with roughly 2000 parking space. The complex will feature two upscale nightclubs, full service restaurant with catering, Martini Jazz bar offering live jazz, poetry and kareoke, a soundstage offering concerts and a arcade room. Two of the movie theaters will be used as is to showcase closed circuit and live sporting events such as boxing, sporting events and sports playoffs. The location of this facilitiy is in a prime location with access from the DelMaVa corridor.
