I own a Sears dealer store and have relocated into a new shopping center. We took over a Sears operation in May of 2003. Gross sale range from 2.3 mil to 2.9 mil over the last four years. Due to some cost overruns we require additional financing to complete the center. We are up and running the Sears store at this time.
