I am in the process of selling a small
retail business specializing in Cellular Phones. The business is located in a Strip Mall along a busy highway in North Jersey.
I need someone who can come in and turn this business around. The original owner of
this business is also the landlord of the (URL removed) started the business back in the year 2000.
According to his Tax Records he did very well there grossing around $85,000 per year.
I took over the business in May of 2006 and it has been a lean season for me.
Also I took a business over that I have no
business taking over.
