The Great River Resort is a rural/rustic attraction on the Mississippi River with traditional large 2 bedroom housekeeping cabins and large 4 bedroom lodge/owners quarters on approximately 2.75 acres. I have been operating it as owner/renovator for three seasons and demand continues to grow towards development of standing units.
Resort is in service to our successful sport fishing industry with awareness to other venues in promotional profiling.
I also renovate for local realtors to offset the cost of operations while it builds to self sufficient revenue recovery status.
