On Broadway is a development stage venture, which will acquire three business locations. Two restaurants and one Inn, all in West Cape May, NJ and all within a 5 minutes walk from one another. First there is Jazz on Broadway, a restaurant theme based on a cuisine design by Chef Fredric A. Byarm. This cuisine is given the name Jazz because it is creative, multicultural, spontaneous, colorful, bold, friendly, crisp, modern, having a foundation based in the classic techniques which Chef has mastered over the years, but marries it to his urban-ethnic roots. The design, service and decor will then be married to this Jazz theme. Next is The Inn on Broadway, formerly the Buttonwood Manor. From it's front door you can watch the transformation of the old Daniel's on Broadway to the new Jazz on Bro
