Small restaurant, promoting Chef/owner's true Hawaiian culture. Plan to promote local farmers and organic produce and meats by being a part of the 'Chef's Collaborative' of the northeast coast. Also want to help educate people here about the true Hawaiian culture by creating an atmosphere of the 'aloha' spirit. Will incorporate Hawaiian fish and produce.
