My parterns and I each have over 15 years of experience acquiring, managing and developing commercial real estate in the midwest. After a career filled with helping our employers be successful real estate investors we are ready to venture on our own. We're looking for start-up funding of $750,000 which will fund our first 24 months of activitiy. This will help us open an office, fund salaries and expenses for the three of us and establish a pipeline of investment opportunities.
