This is a business that I would like to purchase and am having trouble finding the finance part of it. This is in a tourist town for the Oregon Trail and The Famous Oregon Trail Murals in Vale, OR. This business that I am looking in to purchasing has one of the famous murals painted on it and it is sort of a historical business in a sense. It is an Ice Cream Saloon that serves old fashioned hard ice cream, deli sandwiches, soup, and souveniers. There is currently a very low profit. I feel that this is in part to lack of advertising and hours of operation by the current owner. There is currently a bigger kitchen being built and it is on hold becasue it is for sale. This new kitchen would let us put in a drive thru window, and possibly add a pizza menu, which Vale currently does not have a P
