HomeShop Technologies Inc., is a digital media company that markets digital grocery list services to consumers and contextual advertising to the $650B consumer products industry. The key to our product is a first-in-kind method of creating list entries at the point-of-depletion (when the consumer runs out of the product). We also offer a b2b service that adds recipe ingredients to that list and aggregates recipe ingredients across multiple recipe web sites. When the consumer is ready to shop, they need only log onto a web site to print the list, upload it to a supermarket kiosk or download it to a smart-phone or PDA.
Our business will be launched as a premium service and will be marketed on a subscription basis. Within 5-7 years, we will lower or eliminate the subscription pricing
