I am on disibility with AIDS and I only make $758 amonth. I would like to buy a course on realestate investing that shows how to get lines of credit to make real estate deals. The prob I have is I don;t have the money for the course. If all goes well I could have the seed money of $9500 back int 4 to 8 months. The realestate I would by would need rehabing and resale it for a higher price.
