My business is a mobile Fryer Management Franchise. We will provide a very unique cooking oil filtration and fryer management service. Funding will help secure a exclusive territory in the Chicago-Metro area and the necessary start up equipment. Once established in Chicago, we plan to purchase additional territories that will expand us into the surrounding suburbs.
