This is a service station in southern IN. It currently hasone service bay, 2 gas pumps, 1 on road and 1 off road diesel, and kerosine. It has a small convient store and a pizza business. It grossed $650,000.00 last yr. We are needing about $25,000 to finish the purchase of this station and to add on 1 truck service bay.
