What I am looking for is an investor/investor's EQUITY PARTNER to provide the Corporation with capital, ($3-5,000,000 millions) so that the Corporation will have FRONT CAPITAL on deposit to proceed with the property acquisition loan which is already arranged. Corporate on-hand capital is needed to purchase the property and have funds for the initial costs. It will also provide the corporation with collateral needed to arrange for the construction financing. The equity Partner/Partner's receives a percentage of the corporation ownership,to be determined.
