I am looking to open an indoor Skate/BMX/Roller Blade park. The building itself will be a metal pre-fab construction with a concrete floor. The major expense will be the design and construction of the park itself by a company that has a solid background in skate park construction (to be determined when financing is in place). We will offer a retail sales counter, rental counter and room rentals for entertaining. My vision for the park is to be a profitable location for all ages to ride safely year round. We would build the facility to accommodate contests and tournaments throughout the year.
