In short we help council tenants to purchase their home.
We have a telesales team of 160 plus personnel and a national network of sign up agents throughout the country.
We generate over 80 clients per week.
To do this we need funding of £700 per case to help the customer through to completion, which take a maximum of 9 months.
Our fee's are 4k so if we need £700 per case the funder will recieve £3,300 upon completion.
