I am a functioning service business that is a soley owned partnership. We are interested in executing the next phase of business growth. To do this we are talking to other existing proprietorship service companies parallel to ours. In some cases they actually compliment ours. We are interested in absorbing them into our business to represent us, but at the same time allowing them ownership. Do we set up this next phase as employee/employer,
co-op, subcontractor? Would we issue shares of stock according to contribution?
I'm looking for answers to these questions and advice in moving forward.
