I am looking for an Angel.
I have already put a lot of searching time in comparing and finding large acreage tracts of land in my area that are under valued. These that I have been looking at are ones that have equity in timber that could be sold to a logger or loggers.
I am then interested in having surveyor at least lot split in half and sell half for around what purchased the whole or more.
I am aware too that we would have to advertise to get resold sooner than expected.
by classified ad or even mls etc.
For intance: I have found a tract in the 150+ acre for around $1,000. per acre with woods. This could have 50-80,000. or more in harvestable standing timber. Mineral,Gas and Timber rights of course would be searched prior to purchasing.
I'm looking for Angel who is familiar wi
