Integrity Property Holdings will invest in land and commercial businesses in the Historic Norcross district and other similar projects. These acquisitions will be short, medium, and long term in nature. Short-term investments will be less than 18 months before the property is sold. Medium-term investments will be held for 18-36 months. And finally, Long-term investments may be held for greater than 36 months before being developed and/or sold. While there is no guarantee of returns, our intention is to have a portion of the investment portfolio producing positive cash flow from the outset so that there is a small return as we develop the commercial areas to be sold in the Medium and Long term time periods.
