The premise of my idea is to open a boutique type facility that offers a private personal training studio, massage therapy & nutritional counselling. Additional 'add on' services may be offered however, at this time that is undecided.
The location for this project has already been chosen & is currently under construction with available occupancy in early 2010.
The location is adjacent to the community's largest bus depot which is the main hub for all bus service to and from my community & surrounding area.
This location has an extremely high traffic count & is going to house multiple retail locations (such as a pharmacy, bank, restaurant & real estate office, to name a few) as well as office space.
My goal is to offer elite products & services while focusing on unparalleled customer service. I have an extensive background in business development, sales, marketing, customer service, nutritional studies & personal training.
I have another personal trainer who is committed to renting the personal training space from me in order to effectively train his clientele which is already established. I am in discussions with a registered massage therapist with an established clientele to do the same.
With the exception of 3 years when I lived in Toronto, I have lived in this neighborhood for my entire life. It is a developing market & many of the homes in the immediate vicinity to the location I have chosen have a market value of $350K-1.1million.
I am committed to growing an extremely successful small business within my community & expanding to additional locations in the coming years (location two within 3 years & possibly a third location within 5-7)
