I am looking for startup capital to start an Equestrian Center in Amherst, Virginia. The services that will be offered are full boarding which includes; use of an arena, round pen, and 2 jumping areas; an indoor and outdoor horse wash rooms, laundry care, restroom and shower, lockable storage units, trailer parking, holding for veterinary and ferrier visits, daily pasture turn-out, medication and suppliment administration, daily stall cleaning, 24 hour onsite security, and an available riding instructor. I also plan to provide pony clubs, 4-H clubs, fox hunt clubs, polo clubs, trail riding clubs, as well as show events and competitions.
