Each park will be a seperate LLC and all parks will be managed by Grace Properties. Offers will only be made on parks after extensive due diligence indicating that the park will provide a Cap Rate or 10% or greater. Most parks will be in a turn around or clean up situation. Each park will be placed on a specialized program to rapidly pay down the total mortgage in 8-12 years thereby resulting a a rapid increase in equity and a major savings in interest that would have been paid over the 30 year term.
