I am looking to purchase small apartment building to house disabled individuals. The potential residents will have employment,be employment ready, or receive sudsidies from Social Security/Government/State/County/Non-Profit Agencies. Because i have a background in Human Resources and have worked for several Social Service Agencies, assisting those without suitable employment will not be a problem.
