I am planning a small business endeavor that would provide a training facility for Local police (Rutherfod County TN) to train with realistic markers (Mp-5 guns that shoot a .43 caliber paintball that is non-lethal and very safe) on a variety of different scenarios.

My facility is planned to be 8,000 sq/ft (I will be purchasing land and have a building constructed) and contain two different two story structures that will act as "houses." I would provide the facility, the equipment (guns, paintballs, co2, face and eye protection) and the opposition (a.k.a. Bad guys). Of course I would want to also allow civilians to use the facilities when no law enforcement training is being conducted
